QuidditchUK are proud to announce James ‘JT’ Thanangadan as the new Head Coach for Team UK.
Both a Team UK athlete since 2015 and the Team UK Chaser Coach since 2016; James’ experience both as an athlete and leader will be invaluable to the growth and performance of Team UK.
A decorated veteran player with several regional, national, and international titles under his belt already; James has represented the United Kingdom with Team UK , debuting in 2016 for the IQA Quidditch World Cup in Frankfurt, continuing to take gold for for us at European Games in Oslo in 2017, and again competing in the Team UK jersey earlier this year at the IQA World Cup in Italy.
James had this to say –
“I’m looking forward to working with the team as we prepare for the new season and the challenges of getting back on top of the European quidditch scene.”
