Tournament Director
Tournaments Directors oversee the planning, operation and running of the wider event. Dealing directly with the venue, being the final decision maker, and handling any issues or complaints that might arise.
Amongst everything that QuadballUK does, tournaments and events are among the largest and most important. We play host to hundreds of athletes every year and dedicated teams of volunteers are there to ensure our events are fun, safe, and efficient for all.
Whether you're interest in organisation, event management, communications, logistics, or site control there are plenty of practical roles and experience on offer with QuadballUK tournaments and we need as many people as possible to make them the best they can be.
Tournament Volunteers are reimbursed for their travel and accommodation costs, as well as fed throughout the event. QuadballUK offers practical experience and references for anyone involved. This is a great opportunity for people looking to get training or hands-on time in an events role, and a great chance to give back to an incredible community.
You can ask about a role in the contact form below, or by emailing the events team. If you don't see something here but still think you can help out, drop us a line and we'd love to have you on board.

Pitch Managers are responsible for the running of a specific pitch; communicating injuries, requesting replacement equipment, keeping teams and officials to schedule, and updating the Tournament Director about match information.
The Scheduling Officer is the main point of contact at events about the event schedule. They are responsible for oversight of our events schedule and assisting players and volunteers with any scheduling queries at events.
This role reports to the Tournament Director and Assistant Tournament Director. Experience with tournament scheduling and managing complex spreadsheets is also required.
Main responsibilities include driving the van to pick up and transport equipment to and from QUK's storage unit to QUK fixtures, and loading and unloading the contents of the van.
This role requires a clean, full licence and requires the post holder to be 25 years or older. It is preferred if the post holder is based near the storage unit in Mansfield, though not essential. We are looking to appoint two Van Drivers so that the workload of driving and loading can be shared.
