The following fees outlined include all official QuadballUK tournaments and membership fees for the 2025/2026 Season.
Membership must be purchased in order to compete at any official QuadballUK tournaments or the European Quadball Cup. Specific policies surrounding QuadballUK Membership can be found on the Documents & Policies Page.
Individual Membership can be registered and paid for by creating and signing into your QuadballUK account.
Clubs will be invoiced for Club Membership and Tournament Fees by QuadballUK. Clubs requiring quotes for funding or grants from their student union or relevant body can do so by emailing operations@quidditchuk.org

QuadballUK runs several tournaments throughout the competitive season. Many of these tournaments are open invitation however some qualifications or restrictions may apply.
Both the team and player tournament fees will be invoiced directly to the club to pay once the respective registration deadlines have closed.
Our university events are two-day events split across a weekend in November. They are designed as both a development and competitive opportunity for our university clubs, with training, coaching and leadership workshops on the Saturday, and inter-club competition on the Sunday.
These events are open to any University Club or Team registered with QuadballUK, relative to their registered location.
Results will determine seeding for the University Championship in Spring 2026.
