QuidditchUK launches Cape Mode

Following the release of the new QUK "Kwuck" website in 2020, we knew we had more features to add to continue to improve the experience for the whole Quidditch community. A strong theme of feedback was that while the athletic experience had been sufficiently covered, some members of the community who are fans of the Harry Potter series, fondly referred to as "Capes", felt under-represented and wished for a browsing experience that matched their passions.

While some sites might offer a Dark Mode for those late-night browsing sessions of your favourite clubs looking at their medal count, something altogther different was needed here.

We are therefore proud to announce Cape Mode is now available. This mode allows you to browse the QUK website with fonts, gifs, and autoplaying music to meet all your Capey needs. Give it a try by hitting the "Cape Mode" button in the top right of the navigation, or if on mobile at the top of the dropdown menu.

We really think this new addition will be warmly recieved by the Quidditch community, and look forward to announcing even further developments to our website to improve the experience of all who visit, be they Capey or not.

Happy flying!
