Community Summer Fixture

Kicking off the 24/25 Season the Community Summer Fixture will decide the division placements for Community teams.

Cross play and Shadow ref slots will be available at this fixture.
Please note you must pay your team fee before the fixture in order to play at this fixture.

Player sign ups will open July 29th at 9am.

The referee quota for this fixture is as follows:
1 Head Referee
4 Referees, each of whom are either: Assistant Referee (AR) qualified, Flag Referee (FR) qualified, or both.
1 Flag Runner
AND
1 Additional Flag Runner
OR
1 First Aider

This form is intended for everyone participating at the Community Summer Fixture at Hertfordshire Sports Village as a player, playing volunteer, or non-playing volunteer and should be completed by August 25th.

Tournament Volunteers

Our events can't run without volunteers! We're in need of non-playing volunteers to help us run this, and other, fixtures.
Tournament Volunteers are reimbursed for their travel and accommodation costs, as well as fed throughout the event.
