We're happy to announce the Annual General Meeting for 2020.
The meeting will be hosted via Google Meet, this September 24th at 7:30pm, and finishing by 9pm at the latest.
As we need to make quorum to ratify updates to our constitution and pass over our financial reports, attendance to the AGM is mandatory for clubs that competed in any official QUK tournament for the 2019/2020 season. Clubs who did not compete but wish to attend may do so, however you will not have voting rights when it comes to the constitutional amendments or other votes raised during the meeting.
This is also important in legitimising quidditch as a sport in the eyes of the UK Government as we seek to gain formal recognition of quidditch as a sport in a legal sense, as they require multiple minuted and attended Annual Meetings for us to meet the standards they have set out for us.
You can find the budget and financial reports under the Document and Policies page. The constitutional review documents will be available closer to the AGM date.
All clubs will need to provide no more than one representative per club, a hosting link will be provided closer to the date. Please confirm your attendance by emailing teams@quidditchuk.org your representative name and club. An email has already been sent to club addresses with the same instructions.
